Online advertising presents opportunities and risks for both advertisers and consumers and raises a number of legal questions. The Swiss Forum for Communications Law (SF-FS) and the Center for Information Technology, Society, and Law (ITSL) at University of Zurich put these questions into a broader context, analyze them in detail and put them up for a panel and plenary discussion.
